Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for twelve months starting from the date of successful commissioning.

All equipment undergoes stringent pre-delivery inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. Within the warranty period, the seller will provide free repair or replacement services for any damage arising from manufacturing defects or material flaws, excluding wear-and-tear parts.

Note: The warranty is only applicable when the product is installed and operated in strict accordance with the seller’s instructions. It does not cover damages caused by natural disasters, force majeure events such as earthquakes and wars, or quality issues resulting from the use of non-genuine spare parts (including counterfeit or substitute components).
